A young company with experienced leadership

Founded in 2019-20 and led by MD Ompal Singh, with 30 years of experience in the automotive components industry. The business expanded in 2021 into a larger facility at Sunpura, Dadri, Greater Noida, and today employs approximately 30 people.

Sai Enterprises manufactures fabric tool kit bags in non-woven felt, gunny bag and support fabric, along with insulation chip foam, thin insulate, and non-woven fabric with double-sided tape. Cutting, stitching, inspection, labelling and packaging are carried out in-house.

Lower-plastic alternative to EPP toolkit boxes

We moved customers from plastic tool-kit bags to carpet-material alternatives, reducing the plastic content carried in each vehicle. Replacing EPP toolkit boxes with carpet bags lowers part cost and tooling investment while delivering comparable noise reduction.
