Incoming control
Every raw material lot is inspected against specification before it enters storage.
In-process control
Cutting and stitching operations are checked against master templates and work instructions.
Outgoing control
100% final inspection followed by an independent pre-dispatch inspection before loading.

Single and double-needle lock-stitch lines for bag assembly and edge binding.
Bar-tacking machines
Reinforcement of stress points at handles, closures and pull tabs.
Die cutting press
Cutting of felt, non-woven and carpet blanks to nested outlines.
Contour foam cutter
Curved and straight profile cutting of bonded chip foam.
Hole punching station
Locating and clip holes in support fabric to seat-frame geometry.
Taping station
Application of double-sided tape to non-woven insulation sheets.
Inspection benches
Template verification, dimensional checks and 100% visual inspection.
Labelling and packing area
Part labelling, bundle counting and customer-standard packaging.
