Sai Enterprises was founded in 2019-20 to manufacture fabric tool kit bags for passenger vehicle programmes. In 2021 the company moved into a larger facility at Sunpura, Dadri, Greater Noida, which added cutting, stitching and inspection capacity and allowed the product range to widen into insulation chip foam, thin insulate, bonded felts and support fabric for car seating.
The company is young, but its leadership is not. MD Ompal Singh brings 30 years of hands-on experience in the automotive components industry, covering process engineering, quality systems and OEM supply. That background shaped how the plant was laid out, how inspection gates were placed, and how quickly the company moved through OEM audits.
Approximately 30 people work across raw material inspection, cutting, stitching, inspection, labelling and dispatch. Every operation from raw material receipt to pre-dispatch inspection is performed in-house, which keeps traceability and response time under the company's own control.
