Stitched fabric tool kit bags produced to OEM drawings, with model-specific outlines, pocket layouts, hook-and-loop closures and pull tabs. Materials include needle-punched non-woven felt, gunny fabric and carpet material.
The carpet-material construction replaces EPP toolkit boxes at lower part cost and lower tooling investment, with comparable in-boot noise reduction and a significant reduction in plastic content per vehicle.
Each bag is cut, stitched, inspected and labelled in-house, then packed to customer packaging standards ahead of pre-dispatch inspection.
